The goal of this festival is to encourage and promote cross-cultural exchange in our community. This section is for Food/Bazaar/Vendors/Advertisers/Exhibitors.

General

1. Please read all the details before signing up. This application is free of charge. Please provide complete and accurate information to help us review your application efficiently. Please check your email regularly for updates regarding your application.
2. Access to water and electricity at Moore Square is limited, please plan to bring your own silent generator if needed. Bring your own tent, tables, chairs as well as weighted tent anchors (e.g., sandbags). Stakes, metal pins, or any ground penetration are strictly prohibited. Food Trucks, please bring your Fire Extinguishers and Silent Power Generator.

   Important Note: To maintain the quality and diversity of food offerings, food truck selection will be curated. Preference will be given to vendors offering authentic Asian cuisine.

3. Once you have registered, please wait for an acceptance email from TOA. Once accepted, please submit payment promptly to secure your space. Vendor spaces are confirmed on a First-paid, First-reserved basis!
4. Due date for both registering and payment is Aug 25th. No exceptions.
5. Space is limited and once you are accepted and have paid, no refunds will be issued. We turn down other people once we save your spot.
6. Please make sure you answer every question.
7. Applications are free — if approved you will receive an email with instructions for payment. Participation is confirmed once payment is received. We don't accept credit cards. We will only accept Zelle, PayPal, checks, cash, or money orders for vendor fees.
8. Prices: Please see the booth type options below and select the one that applies.
9. This is a friendly event that celebrates diversified culture and its welcoming spirit. Any confrontations or problems will be addressed immediately by the organizer. Arguments and negative behavior in public are not permitted during the event. TOA reserves the right to have the vendor removed from the grounds if behavior is deemed inappropriate. No refunds will be issued. Vendors engaging in disruptive, inappropriate, or aggressive behavior may be removed from the festival grounds by event staff and, if necessary, local law enforcement.
10. We will be sending confirmations, invoices, and information by email. If you don't hear from us within a reasonable timeframe, please contact Jenny at tasteofasia.nc@gmail.com or call 919-760-0957.
11. Please list all the items you will be selling in your application. Any deviation from the menu must be pre-approved. Selling a non-approved menu item the day of the event will result in a possible fine. Taste of Asia has the right to approve food items served during the event. Deviation from approved menus, deemed unapproved by audits, will result in dismissal on the spot. No exceptions.
12. Vendors are required to be ready to serve food by 11:00 AM and stay open until 6:00 PM. Vendors are not allowed to pack up and leave before 6:00 PM.
13. Vendors may not sell any alcoholic drinks.
14. Please keep the area clean and restore it to its original condition after the event.
15. The organizer reserves the right to assign vendor spots. If a vendor changes spots without permission, they will be escorted out of the festival.
16. Taste of Asia reserves the right to require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Taste of Asia and the City of Raleigh as Additional Insureds from any vendor whose products, equipment, cooking methods, or operations—including the use of propane or open flames—are determined to present an elevated level of risk.
17. This event will take place rain or shine. The designated rain date is October 4, 2026.
